Breaking a 1937 heavy 12/4 Low Loader

I have parts, not sure on prices. Main difficulty is, it is in the US. Just outside of Chicago, so shipping may hurt on the large pieces. Have all the glass, brake parts and chassis. Engine is spoken for.
