My late Father owned a Heavy 12/4 and as his executor, I now need to deal with this car.
KX4191 is a 1929 built saloon. We had it running earlier this year but the cracked cylinder head was weeping coolant and the head gasket appears to have failed as coolant was venting outward between in the head and the block in one place.
The engine has now seized (and we will try to unseize it) but I am left wondering what is the best course of action. The car will be sold regardless as no one in the family wishes to take it on. So....
1) Sell as is - non-runner. Body and chassis is solid.
2) Look for a replacement cylinder head. Unseize the engine and sell as a runner.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Re: Advice Needed
Should not cost a fortune to repair and sell as a runner which will give you a better return. Not sure if Tom Titterton will have a head but will certainly be able to help with gasket and other hardware you may need as well as technical advice should you need it. Tony Smallbone should be able to help with a replacement head I would think.
