12/4 Dynamo drive shaft

HI my dynamo drive has a lot of play in it , can it and the bearings be changed in situ and what does it involve ?

I changed the dynamo drive shaft bearings on my 1927 12/4 Windsor last year and wrote a short article for the VAR magazine describing the job. It might appear in the spring edition if I have enough space for it. I am still planning the layout.
I am happy to send you an advance copy of the article. Send me a message if you are interested.
In return, would you be prepared to contribute something for the magazine? It could be an article, something for the snippets page, something for the letters page, a photo or anything else of interest, no matter how small.

I would be fine with that , I am sure I could put something together , have done a lot of work without documenting it , going to keep the Go pro in the garage in future now realise description of all these small jobs will help others . Ps can't pm through these pages .
